Meeting Summary

The Dunes Women’s Club had a successful March meeting on a Saturday with an impressive turnout of over 50 members. The meeting was designed to include those who usually can’t attend on weekdays. Linda Wagner led the meeting, and lunch was provided by Wagner’s. Festive moments were captured with members in celebratory spirits.

Outcomes

• Fire Department Initiative: Jay Hennessey discussed the importance of the Pre-Planning Initiative for emergency response improvement.
• Recycling Education: Keri Marrs Barron educated the club on current recycling practices, the importance of proper sorting, and addressed common recycling errors.

Acknowledgments were made to Larry Silvestri & Sharon Carnes for their support, and a discussion on community contributions like healthy snacks for Pine School was noted.
